Shipping & payment conditions

Our shipping and payment conditions:

No shipping outside Germany (as of 13 August 2026) We currently ship within Germany only. The reason is the EU Packaging Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2025/40, "PPWR"), which has applied since 12 August 2026. Under Article 45(3) of that Regulation, any trader who supplies packaged goods directly to end users in another EU country must appoint a so-called authorised representative in each of those countries: a local company that handles registration, volume reporting and correspondence with the authorities. That means a separate contract and recurring fees for every single country. There is no lower threshold for small volumes or small businesses. We are a micro-business shipping a two-digit number of orders per month. For us, this administrative burden bears no relation to our shipping volume. We have therefore suspended shipping to private customers in other EU countries for the time being. The European Commission has itself proposed suspending this obligation again. The matter is before the European Parliament, with a first reading expected in autumn 2026. We will resume shipping within the EU as soon as the legal situation changes.
